Zhu Chenyue is her name, and Sapphire is the English one, a beautiful material with a high Moh's hardness, acid, alkali, and corrosion resistance.
She was born in Jinhua, Zhejiang and attended in East China University of Science and Technology for undergraduate education, majoring in Polymer Material Science and Engineering, expected to graduate in 2024. Since 2021, she has been working with Professor Hou Yu on the program called ”Performance and Preparation Technology of Nitrogen-Assisted Blade-Coated Perovskite Solar Cells”. Her research aims to enhance the efficiency and environmental properties of perovskite solar cells by adjusting precursor solvents and modifying processing methods. In 2023, she joined Assistant Professor Sun's lab as a summer intern, focusing on the synthesis, monolayer exfoliation and photoluminescence of 2D MOFs, hoping to deepen her understanding of both physics and chemistry disciplines and experience the allure of interdisciplinary studies.
Perseverance, concentration are her characteristics, just like the Sapphire.
